Of course, we want you to feel completely safe and secure trusting the care of your children to one of our nannies. So if the nanny hasn't volunteered suitable photographic identification (a passport, driving licence or government ID card) on arrival, please don't be embarrassed to ask for it.

In the extremely unlikely event that your nanny can't provide suitable ID, please ask her to wait while you give us a call.

Finding an appropriate emergency nanny

Once you make a booking your local nanny agency will be immediately informed and will source you an appropriate emergency nanny for your requirements. Only when you're happy with the proposed candidate shall your booking be processed.

The minimum booking time is 4 hours.
